Mr. John Vincent Daniel Moho is overseeing our Allied Health Care Team. He is a passionate and professional leader who inspires excellence in every aspect of patient care. With unwavering integrity and a kind, compassionate approach, he ensures that both patients and staff feel supported, valued, and respected.

Mr. Ratha Khuon serves as the X-ray Head Nurse and Accreditation Coordinator at Sonja Kill Memorial Hospital, bringing over a decade of experience in nursing, radiology, and healthcare quality improvement. In his role as Accreditation Coordinator, Mr. Ratha plays a key role in supporting the hospital’s journey toward national accreditation by facilitating internal assessments, monitoring performance indicators, and promoting continuous improvement.

Housekeeper/kitchen Head Department

Sok Maly plays a vital leadership role at Sonja Kill Memorial Hospital as the Head of Housekeeping and Kitchen Services. With dedication, experience, and a strong commitment to hospital standards, she manages two essential departments that contribute directly to patient comfort, safety, and well-being.In her role overseeing the Housekeeping Department, Sok Maly ensures that all hospital areas — including inpatient wards, outpatient departments, operating rooms, and public spaces — are maintained with the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene. She leads her team to follow strict infection control protocols and regular cleaning routines that support a safe and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors.As the head of the Kitchen Services, she is also responsible for ensuring the preparation of nutritious, hygienic, and well-balanced meals for patients and staff. She works closely with the kitchen team to maintain food safety standards, menu planning, and timely meal delivery, always focusing on quality and care.

Mr. Phanouk Lon currently serves as the Medical Laboratory and Blood Bank Manager at Sonjakill Memorial Hospital. He plays a vital role in overseeing laboratory operations, blood bank services, and ensuring compliance with national healthcare and accreditation standards. His responsibilities include leading laboratory staff, implementing continuous training programs, maintaining quality systems, and promoting safe blood transfusion practices.

Pharmacy Head Department

Pharmacy Manager, Chandarith is responsible for the overall management of pharmaceutical services, including the procurement, storage, distribution, and rational use of medications. He ensures compliance with national regulatory standards, maintains medication safety protocols, supports the clinical team with drug information, and leads initiatives to optimize inventory control and reduce medication waste. He also plays a key role in staff training, policy development, and formulary management.
